The Yoga Sanctuary at Lily Pad Kidz!! is the perfect place to exercise, let loose, and have fun.  From Gentle Yoga Classes to Latin Zumba to Tribal Bellydancing we offer classes for all interests and fitness levels.



Yoga Classes:


Prenatal Yoga-
Enjoy the many benefits of yoga during pregnancy with this wonderful class for expectant moms. 

Tuesdays at 6:15pm (with Miqelle)



Yogalates-

This class takes important lessons from both pilates and yoga.  Modifiable for all fitness levels.



Kripalu Yoga-
A series of flowing postures linked by breath to detoxify, stretch and strengthen the body and build energy.

Core Yoga-
Focusing on the center of your body, this class works exclusively on core strengthening.  This class will leave you feeling like you did a a million sit-ups!  Great for Mommy Tummies!!

Fitness Classes:

Baby and Me Zumba-
Zumba is an energized dance workout set to Latin and international music.  Zumba combines multiple dance genres into an effective workout that you and your baby will love!

Thursdays at 9am (with Patti)



Fitness Fusion-

A full body workout that takes its lead from the popular Latin "Zumba" workout.  This class has a strong cardio base.  "A Fantastic Workout."
20 minutes Zumba
20 minutes Strengthening
20 minutes Yogalates

Mondays at 5:30pm (with Patti)
Thursdays at 10am (with Patti)
Saturdays at 8am (with Patti)


Cardio Fit-
Taken from the popular "Tae Bo" workout, this classes is loaded with high energy kicks and punches.  Have a great time getting fit and having fun!

Tuesdays at 11:30am (with Ann Marie)





Dance Classes:


Belly Dancing-
Enjoy this fun introduction to Tribal Style Belly Dancing.  Learn many basic steps, arm, upper body, and hip moves.  This class is loads of fun and a great workout for any fitness level.

Mondays at 7pm (with Katie)
